Found a cool little site that isn't 100% accurate, but it is great to see what your class/spec can do. It gives example shot rotations, as well as gear you should upgrade to so long as you have access to certain raids and such.

That site has come a long way in the past, what, like 6 months since I last visited? Maybe more? It's a lot better than it used to be, but I'd still advise to take any information gleaned from it with a grain of salt, as it's still not perfect. http://www.elitistjerks.com is a good side-by-side reference if something seems off a bit.
